Check whether Outlook was set up as the standard e-mail-client. I have taken the following steps to try and solve the problem:ġ. I then logged in for the first time on one of the machines in question with a different user and the error occured again. I logged in with a different user (the domain admin user) and the problem did not appear. The error occurs not on all computers and more interestingly, not with all (domain) users on one computer. I have identified a few programs that trigger the error with their mapi-requests.
